Understanding Our Fees and Booking Process
Our goal is to keep everything simple, transparent, and fair. Every charge serves a clear purpose to protect you and your property.

  • Booking Fee – RM399 (Refundable)

    This fee secures your reservation while your application is being processed. It covers tenant verification, landlord coordination, and ensures your unit is reserved during the approval period.. The booking fee is refundable upon successful move-in or can be applied towards your first rental payment. If a unit cannot be provided, please complete our Refund Form and we will process your refund promptly.

  • Admin Fee – RM62 (Non-Refundable)
    Covers documentation, application handling, and tenancy preparation. This includes verifying documents, preparing tenancy agreements, and coordinating with landlords.

     

  • Membership Fee – RM39 (Non-Refundable, Lifetime)
    This one-time lifetime membership gives you access to:

  1. Verified listings and priority booking support.
  2. Assistance from our dedicated rental team.
  3. Repeat booking privileges and faster approval for future stays.
  • Damage Deposit

A small refundable damage deposit is collected before check-in. It will be fully refunded after check-out if there are no damages to the property.

 

Booking Verification and Your Booking ID
Once your application is received, a unique Booking ID will be issued. This ID serves as your official reference number for all communication, including:

  • Rental payment tracking

  • Verification and check-in process

  • Complaint or maintenance requests

  • Refund processing

Keep your Booking ID safe — it confirms your verified registration within our platform and ensures smooth coordination throughout your stay.

Document Upload Requirements
To ensure a safe and verified process for both parties, you will be asked to provide:

  • A valid ID (Passport, IC, or Driving License).

  • Recent payslips or bank statements (for income verification).

Your information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for verification purposes.
