Quality Home Realty Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Quality Home Realty, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and to ensure transparency, fairness, and trust for our guests, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure payment methods, including credit/debit card or bank transfer.

  • Upon confirmation, guests will receive an email containing:

    • Booking ID reference and details

    • Total amount paid

    • Applicable terms and conditions


2. Cancellation Policy

We offer three levels of cancellation flexibility to accommodate varying guest needs:

  • Flexible Cancellations:

    • Guests may cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund, including the booking fee.

3. Security Deposit Refunds

  • If a security deposit is collected, it will be refunded within 3–5 business days after check-out, assuming the property is returned in its original condition.

  • Deductions may be made for:

    • Property damages

    • Missing or damaged items

    • Extra cleaning requirements beyond standard usage

  • Guests will be notified of any deductions with a clear explanation and supporting documentation or photos.


4. Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be returned to the original card within 7–14 business days.

  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be returned to the original bank account within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.


5. Partial Refunds

  • Guests who shorten their stay after check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on remaining nights minus applicable fees.

  • Partial refunds are subject to management approval and may depend on availability and operational costs.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Booking fees are refundable according to the cancellation tier selected.

  • Membership fees, administrative fees, or service charges are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies, Quality Home Realty reserves the right to:

  • Offer a full refund

  • Reschedule the stay to alternative dates

  • Issue credits for future bookings

Guests will be notified promptly if such events affect their reservation.

8. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via:

Guest full name

Reason for cancellation

Refund requests will be reviewed and confirmed within 3 business days, including any applicable deductions.

Any disputes regarding refunds will first be addressed through direct communication with Quality Home Realty.
