This is the New Tenant Application Form, designed for prospective tenants who wish to rent or book a short-stay property with Quality Home Realty.

This form serves as a pre-booking information sheet to help landlords and our team understand your application before approving any bookings. Completing this form does not constitute a rental contract and does not guarantee approval.

It allows landlords and Quality Home Realty to:

  • Verify your identity

  • Assess suitability for the property (budget, household size, intended stay)

  • Determine whether a full application (including supporting documents and tenancy agreement) is needed

We ask that you provide honest, accurate, and complete answers. Providing false or misleading information may delay your application or result in rejection.


Important Notes on Filling This Form

  • Use your full legal name as shown on your government-issued ID.

  • Budget ranges are for landlord reference only and will not be added to any payment totals at this stage.

  • You may later be asked to upload identity and income verification documents, such as:

    • Passport, national ID, or driving license

    • Payslip or bank statement

  • These documents are used only for verification by Quality Home Realty and are not shared directly with landlords. Landlords will receive confirmation of verification, not your documents.

  • By submitting this form, you provide permission for Quality Home Realty to:

    • Share basic application details with the landlord (name, nationality, budget range, intended move-in date, verification status)

    • Conduct background or credit checks with your explicit consent when necessary

What Happens After You Submit

  1. Review of Application: Quality Home Realty reviews your application for completeness.

  2. Request for Additional Information: If needed, we may contact you for additional documents or clarification.

  3. Summary Sharing: We share a summary of your application (without sensitive documents) with the landlord.

  4. Full Application Request: If the landlord is interested, we will request:

    • Proof of identity

    • Proof of income

    • References

    • Credit/background checks with your consent

  5. Booking and Payment: Only once the landlord approves and all verifications are complete will a booking/payment request (deposit or rent) be issued.
